Karma Grocery offers our Freshdesk to Vendors as a premium support tool. Through CISCO WebEx cutting edge technology, we are able to help you with seller issues as they arise. Opening a ticket with our Freshdesk is super easy and comes with fast response times.
Karma Grocery handles all merchant processing on behalf of the vendor and resolves any customer service issues between the seller and the customer.
Please allow (3) days from date of each market to reach out to our accounting team with payout or disbursement questions.
Our virtual market is built especially for you! Our local vendors bring many resources to our community; it is our mission to bridge the gap between local makers & growers and locals. Also to facilitate an avenue for local makers & growers to thrive and connect.
Vendors will deliver sold items to our central market drop-off location on scheduled market days, Drop those items into customer designated boxes; we will do the rest!
As we sprout, we welcome your feedback on how we can grow our success together!
Vendors will be able to add/manage products, variable price, sales, as well as quantities and stock inventory levels from inside your Vendor Dashboard area.
Vendor disbursements will payout (3) days after each market for each market. Payments are issued through PayPal Business and a PayPal Business account is required for vendors to be paid.
Take advantage of our Karma Grocery Fulfillment Program to ship to your consumers nationwide using our Tier II discount pricing.

Our Local Seller Tier is $10.00 per month to local sellers who want to take advantage of our platform to sell your goods or services.
(includes 20% discount on “Curbhop Market Daypasses”)

We encourage all of our online sellers to participate in our Curbhop Markets each Saturday from May-Oct although our market is open to anyone.
We feature up to eighty of our sellers twenty-six weeks in a row for customers to shop in-person or pickup from.
There is just something sweet about meeting the farmer who grew what you eat!
Vendors MUST use a weighted, standard 10×10 tent (white) and be setup and ready to sell by 4pm (est).
Take your brand to the next level and begin shipping your products nationwide for ANY customer to receive in just 1-3 days. Take advantage of our volume Tier II discounting pricing for your customers afar.
This tier is $25 per month to local sellers who want to take advantage of our platform to sell your goods or services nationwide.

The customer pays the cost of the shipping and Karma Grocery provides an unlimited amount of shipping boxes and labels for each seller on an as needed basis.
This tier is $35 per month to local sellers who want to take advantage of our platform to sell your goods or services nationwide and have us do all the work for you.
